Betafore is seeking talented and experienced candidates for the position of Social Media Management Associate. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in developing a monthly social calendar and creating engaging content. The ideal candidate will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, along with a strong background in Social Media Management.

Job Responsibilities
  • Develop a monthly social calendar and create compelling content for various social media platforms. 
  • Collaborate with the design team to ensure tasks are assigned and executed according to the team manager’s instructions.
  • Utilize project management tools such as Trello, Monday Board, and other relevant platforms to effectively manage projects.
  • Proficiently use tools such as PowerPoint and design platforms like Canva to create visually appealing content. 
Qualifications/Skills: 
  • Proficiency in Meta Business Suite is highly desirable. 
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English. 
  • Content writing skills to craft engaging and persuasive copy for social media platforms. 
  • Self-motivated individual with a customer-centric approach to work. 
  • Proficient in marketing research and skills in statistical analysis. 
  • Ability to effectively assign tasks to the design team based on instructions from the team manager.
