Responsibilities & Context

  • Expertise Creating, monitoring, and optimizing advertising campaigns in Google, Meta & LinkedIn Ads.

  • Expertise Setup & analyze Google, Meta & LinkedIn Analytics.

  • Analyzing campaign effectiveness and adjusting advertising strategies. 

  • Researching competition and trends in the advertising industry.

  • Preparing campaign results reports and recommending actions.

  • Collaborating with Digital Marketing Team. 

  • Testing new advertising formats and Google Ads tools. 

  • Conducting keyword analysis and recommending optimizations. 

  • Communicating with clients to understand advertising needs and expectations.

Experience
  • 2 to 4 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
    Advertising Agency, Software Company, IT Enabled Service
Education
  • Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Marketing
  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
  • Digital Marketing, Social Media Marketing

Job Summary

Betafore is looking for a Jr. Executive – Accounts & Admin to overlook all day-to-day financial operations, purchase & supply chain, Accounts payable and variable expenses, bank operations, all licensing issues & permission from Governing bodies.

The individual must have hands-on sound knowledge of maintaining QuickBooks Desktop, and QuickBooks Online Software and present the financial reports to the Board of Directors.

Job Location: Dhaka

Job Responsibilities

  • Finance responsibilities to financial analysis, forecasting/ budgeting, and management reports in an accurate and timely manner; including P&L, clearly communicate daily.
  • Cash Flow, Credit, Taxation, Recovery, Banking Relations, and Preparing Company Funding Plans.
  • Monitor day-to-day financial operations within the organization (payroll, payments, and other transactions)
  • Coordinate with People Ops and Admin team regarding outside services for tax preparation, auditing, banking, investments, and other financial needs as necessary
  • Review financial data and prepare monthly and annual reports

Experience Requirements

  • At least 01 year

Additional Requirements

  • Age at least 20 years
  • Must be experienced in Accountant position for at least (01) years in Finance & Accounts department
  • IT proficiency – advanced level skill is a MUST in MS Office package (Especially PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook)
  • The ideal candidate has experience in final responsibility for the quality and content of all financial data, reporting, and audit coordination for either a division or significant project area including taxation matters in both Bangladesh.
  • Technology savvy and experience with QuickBooks Online, and QuickBooks Enterprise are mandatory.
  • A successful track record in setting priorities; keen analytic, organization, and problem-solving skills that support and enable sound decision-making.
  • Good communication and coordination ability, coordinate, and communicate with various departments.
  • Active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills,
