We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Admin & Accounts Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administrative tasks and accounting, with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle day-to-day administrative operations.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable
• Prepare financial reports and assist with the accounts team
• Handle HR-related tasks (attendance, leaves, etc.)
• Assist with payroll and compliance documentation
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Experience with QuickBooks Online is a strong advantage
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and multitask efficiently

Vacancy: 2
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, CSE, IT, or a related field (preferred).
Certifications in SEO, Google Analytics, or Digital Marketing (e.g., HubSpot, SEMrush) will add an advantage.
Proven track record of at least 2-5 years in SEO and affiliate marketing.
Assist in developing and executing SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings and increase organic traffic.
Perform keyword research in coordination with business objectives to optimize existing content and uncover new opportunities.
Perform & implement link-building campaigns in coordination with SEO goals.
Strong understanding of SEO tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and others.
Help monitor and refine the keyword strategy to keep pace with market trends and search engine updates.
Support the maintenance of relationships with external entities for link exchanges and content collaboration.
Work with the Digital Marketing and Web Development team to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented on newly developed code.
Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and SEO best practices.
Assist in the evaluation of analytical reports to improve SEO strategies and tactics.

The individual must have hands-on sound knowledge of maintaining QuickBooks Desktop, and QuickBooks Online Software and present the financial reports to the Board of Directors.

Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Candidates with CA (CC) or ACCA (Part Qualified) background will be given preference due to their advanced knowledge.
Expertise Creating, monitoring, and optimizing advertising campaigns in Google, Meta & LinkedIn Ads.
Expertise Setup & analyze Google, Meta & LinkedIn Analytics.
Analyzing campaign effectiveness and adjusting advertising strategies.
Researching competition and trends in the advertising industry.
Preparing campaign results reports and recommending actions.
Collaborating with Digital Marketing Team.
Testing new advertising formats and Google Ads tools.
Conducting keyword analysis and recommending optimizations.
Communicating with clients to understand advertising needs and expectations.
