Al-Aqsa Restaurant, Bronx is a halal Bangladeshi restaurant in the Bronx, New York City. The restaurant serves classic South Asian food including biryani, naan, paratha, chicken and beef kebabs, goat biryani, and Bangladeshi desserts. Al-Aqsa Restaurant also provides catering services to surrounding zip codes. The restaurant provides a variety of dining alternatives, including dine-in, online orders, and orders via various food ordering applications.

The Problem
During 2018, Al-Aqsa Restaurant decided to offer its customers online ordering as part of its business expansion strategy. However, the key difficulty was communicating with more customers about their product line and their new online ordering option. In essence, they intended to increase brand exposure and conversions through online channels, particularly from social media.
The Challenges
We found a handful of significant challenges to popularizing Al-Aqsa Restaurant’s online ordering option among the customers. According to the meta-ad’s strategy, our digital marketing experts began the campaign with awareness advertising focused on informing the local community about launching the online orders. With the creatives and copy of the ad campaigns, we figured to inform local foodies that Al-Aqsa Restaurant is now accepting online orders.
